Accessibility statement
Version 1, published November 3, 2026
Last updated: 27 October 2026.
We want Knookee to be usable by everyone, regardless of age, vision, hearing, movement or device.
Conformance level
Our website, web apps and mobile apps are built to meet the WCAG 2.2 AA requirements. This is a self declaration, not an official certificate.
What we do about it
- Strong colour contrast, visible focus and full keyboard use.
- Labels, structure and error messages that screen readers understand.
- Text can be enlarged, content reflows down to 320 pixels width, and motion can be reduced.
- Every input has a help text below it that explains what it is for.
- In the apps we also respect the system font size and voice control settings.
Known limits
We keep testing our screens, so a part may not fully conform yet. Examples can be the verification widget of a third party (Turnstile) or the payment page that Stripe provides.
Feedback
If you run into a barrier, write to us in the Contact section of the website or at [email address], and we try to answer within 5 working days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can turn to the competent authority.
